Role: Project Coordinator
Location: Fremont, CA - Onsite
Duration: 6 Months (Chance to Extended)
Rate: $45/hr on W2
Mandatory Skills:
2–5 years of experience in project coordination
Semiconductor industry or supporting semiconductor manufacturing
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities and support execution of strategic initiatives.
- Track project tasks, action items, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple teams.
- Facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment between stakeholders, project teams, and task owners.
- Link project activities across workstreams to maintain visibility and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Monitor project schedules and provide regular status updates to leadership and program managers.
- Support risk identification, issue tracking, and escalation when necessary.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and governance artifacts.
- Assist in driving accountability among task owners to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or PMO support.
- Experience working within the Semiconductor industry or supporting semiconductor manufacturing, automation, equipment, or engineering projects.
- Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment.
