About The Role
The Supply Chain Program Manager develops and executes strategic supply chain strategies to ensure supply continuity into operations, achieve cost savings, manage supplier relationships, and supply continuity into the hands of patients. This responsibility will span the product lifecycle from early engineering in New Product Development programs through sustaining production and product retirement. This role goes beyond planning—requiring strong leadership, accountability, and persistence to ensure materials are delivered on time and no disruptions impact delivery commitments.
You will serve as the central driver of supply chain performance—working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and contract manufacturers to remove constraints, resolve risks, and deliver consistent results.
Key Responsibilities
Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field Strong Procurement & Negotiation Background Supply Planning – Forecast ingmaterial requirements, adjusting for demand fluctuation Strong analytical capabilities - Analyze spending, manage inventory, understand financial impacts Collaboration – Ability to work with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure raw materials meet quality requirements. Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$96,800 $121,000 $145,200

- Program & Execution Leadership
- Lead supply chain execution across programs to ensure on-time delivery with zero material-driven disruptions
- Take full ownership of production readiness, proactively identifying and resolving risks related to materials, capacity, or logistics
- Drive accountability across cross-functional teams to meet production targets consistently
- Supplier & Vendor Management
- Serve as primary interface with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of critical components
- Actively negotiate timelines, expedite orders, and escalate when needed to eliminate delays
- Build strong supplier relationships while maintaining urgency and performance expectations
- Demonstrate persistence and follow-through to ensure commitments are met without exception
- Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing and Commodity management partners
- SAP & Systems Execution (Critical Focus)
- Utilize SAP as the core system for material planning, order tracking, inventory management, and execution visibility
- Drive accuracy and discipline in SAP data to enable reliable planning and execution
- Leverage SAP insights and other planning tools to proactively manage supply risks and optimize flow
- Operational Performance Management
- Manage WIP, inventory levels, and material flow to ensure optimal efficiency
- Provide clear reporting on supply chain status, risks, and mitigation plans
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and procurement teams
- Influence without authority in a matrixed environment to drive alignment and results
- Support development of scalable supply chain processes for new and evolving programs
- Requires a Baccalaureate degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
