QUICK INFO:
Pay: Depending on experience, our Executive Assistant earns $40,000 - $65,000/year.
Schedule: You'll consistently work from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with some on-call as needed by the executive team.

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
Our Executive Assistant plays a vital part in our daily workflows and overall operations, and you'll work closely with our executive team to make every day a successful one! As directed, you'll be responsible for:
- Coordinating compassionate care services for CMO patients
- Scheduling urgent add-on appointments for patients
- Coordinating referrals and tracking referral sources
- Providing high-quality administrative support to the practice's president
- Assisting with various care coordination special projects as needed
What You Need:
- Executive assistant experience - REQUIRED
- Experience in care navigation or care coordination - PREFERRED
