A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN AR FOLLOW-UP REPRESENTATIVE
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering a consistent and predictable work-life balance.
In this AR Follow-Up Representative role, your day begins by reviewing accounts and uncovering opportunities where others saw roadblocks-you dive into AR Follow-Up to identify outstanding claims and take strategic action. As denials surface, you step in confidently, crafting appeals, gathering documentation, and pushing results forward. You'll communicate with payers, track progress, and ensure collections move steadily forward-all while knowing that every resolution you achieve helps a patient access the care they need.
