Our team at Minimally Invasive Procedure Specialists is made up of world-renowned vascular specialists and healthcare support staff who are passionate about making a real difference in others' lives. With over four decades of combined experience and armed with cutting-edge technology, our clinic provides precise treatment for complex vascular and chronic conditions, including pelvic venous disorders, POTS, long COVID, and fibroids.
CORE EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT - CARE COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serving as an executive assistant to our clinic's president and tackling various tasks as assigned
- Coordinating care for CMO patients
- Managing referrals
- Accurately scheduling patients in need of urgent add-on appointments
- Assisting with special care coordination projects and other duties as needed

- Executive assistant experience
- Willingness to work some on-call hours as needed
- Preferred - experience in care navigation or care coordination
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT - CARE COORDINATOR COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
Pay: $40,000 - $65,000/year (based on experience)
Schedule: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with some on-call as needed
