This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architectural Project Manager based in Scottsdale, AZ. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate architectural and construction projects from initial design to completion. Daily responsibilities include managing project timelines, reviewing and producing construction drawings, handling submittals, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and sustainability standards. Collaboration with clients, design teams, and contractors will also form a significant part of this position. Effective project coordination and attention to detail are essential.
- Strong expertise in Architecture, including design principles and construction methodologies
- Proficiency in Project Coordination and managing detailed project timelines
- Experience with Submittals processes and ensuring required approvals
- Advanced knowledge of Construction Drawings and project documentation
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices and, ideally, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in relevant design and project management tools/software
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
- Professional architecture licensure or ongoing pursuit of licensure is a plus
