Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Process customer orders received in person (at the sales counter) or by phone, fax and E-Commerce to include company transfers and delivery request
- Locate parts, equipment and supplies for our customers from various sources.
- Support long term business relationships with our customers to help promote sales growth and gain acceptance
- Assist in warehouse duties, which include pulling customer orders and putting away stock while occasionally operating a forklift
- Promote new and existing products, upgrades and services to our customers
- Assist customers with technical support and problem solving
- Identify prospective/future customers through store or phone sales and communicate prospects to sales team (Territory Managers or Account Executives)
- Maintain professional atmosphere of sales facility by restocking and maintaining both showroom shelves and product displays
- Process warranties
- Process Cycle Counts and assist in maintaining accuracy of physical inventory
- Make occasional deliveries using site vehicle
- Participate in after-hours On Call and Training classes
- Work overtime as assigned
- Work cooperatively with others
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Maintain regular, punctual and reliable physical attendance

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years customer service and/or sales experience
- 2 years’ experience in the HVAC industry, preferred
- Proficient in computers, including MS Office
- Forklift experience
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Possess a satisfactory driving record as determined by Company Driver Policies
- Qualify for and remain insurable under Company liability insurance policy
- Qualify under federal and state regulations to drive the vehicle in question
- 5% travel to branches and other operating companies requiring some overnight stay, travel to industry related conferences and training requiring some extended stay
