Provide HVAC system and application support for the commercial sales operation while applying the accumulated technical skills developed in the academic environment
- Pricing call-in replacement work
- Monitoring and responding to requests coming in
- Responsible for entering order, submittal and coordinating pick up or delivery
- Responding to quote requests coming in from dedicated Quick Quote phone line
- Enter orders in vendor systems including but not limited to Sales Pro/Quote Builder, SAP and Trend
- Estimate plan and spec jobs that are less than $25,000, as needed.
- Act as expert and answer parts counter questions in regards to commercial equipment.
- Act as expert and answer BSR/TM questions when they are outside residential scope.
- Seek out training opportunities to expand product knowledge and understand processes to enhance the customer’s experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
- 3 years Administrative Assistant experience
- 2 years’ experience in the HVAC industry, preferred
- 2 years customer service experience
- Proficient computer skills in MS Office
- SAP experience, a plus
- Proven multitask skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Work cooperatively with others
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- 0% travel to branches and other operating companies requiring some overnight stay, travel to industry related conferences and training requiring some extended stay
