Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Scrum Master, located in Huntsville, AL, or Dayton, OH. The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile practices, oversee sprint planning, guide teams in writing effective user stories, and maintain a supportive environment for team collaboration and productivity. Additionally, the Scrum Master will work closely with the software development team, promoting Agile principles, identifying process improvements, and ensuring successful delivery of products and projects.

Contingent on winning the ICAM Collection Development and Support TORP
Start Date: On or after June 5th, 2026
Expected Salary: $80K-$130K
Potential Sign on Bonus: $10k

Required Qualifications:
- U.S Citizenship with TS/SCI Security Clearance
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
- Experience with Agile techniques: User Stories, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Team Agreements, Definition of Done, Definition of Ready, Acceptance Criteria
- Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to refining and maintaining the product backlog.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence tools
Required Experience:
- 5 years of experience serving as a Scrum Master.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with Scrum Alliance
- Ability to adjust to requirements evolution
- Excellent Communication skills demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal form
- Knowledge of the SDLC and interrelationships with agile development
Desired Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI
- Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance
