Mineral Springs is seeking a compassionate and motivated Social Services Director to join our leadership team. This vital role is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the delivery of social services to our residents and their families, ensuring their emotional, social, and psychological needs are met in a supportive, caring environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and oversee social service programs that enhance resident well-being.
Support residents and families with adjustment to facility living, care planning, and discharge transitions.
Serve as an advocate for residents, ensuring their rights and dignity are upheld.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and maintain individualized care plans.
Provide counseling, support, and resources to residents and families.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Licensed Social Worker in New Hampshire (or eligible).
- Human Services degree or equivalent experience

Experience in long-term care or healthcare setting strongly preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and advocacy skills.
