• Develop and implement effective admissions processes, streamlining patient intake and reducing wait times
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, case managers, and families to ensure smooth transitions and optimal patient care
• Assess patient needs, coordinate services, and facilitate communication among healthcare team members
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, medical records, and patient confidentiality standards
• Coordinate with insurance companies, third-party payers, and other external entities to secure necessary authorizations and approvals
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, case managers, and families to enhance our reputation and build strong referral sources

Requirements:

• 1 years of experience in admissions, case management, or a related field
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures
