Responsibilities
- Assist guests with inquiries, account services, check-in needs, and general information to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Deliver exceptional guest service by resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain an inviting, well-organized service environment for all guests.
- Support and execute promotional activities to encourage guest participation and loyalty.
- Keep accurate records of guest interactions and transactions using basic math and documentation skills.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure efficient service delivery across the property.
- Help train and guide new team members on service standards and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or customer-facing roles; experience in a gaming or hotel environment is a plus.
- Strong cash-handling abilities with attention to detail.
