Genadyne Biotechnologiesis a Long Island based developer and manufacturer of negative pressure wound therapy systems. We are a growing durable medical equipment (DME) company and our mission is to promote wound healing, decrease wound recurrence and maintain dignity, independence, comfort and pain control of the wound care patients.
We are seeking anAccounts Receivable/Payable Assistantto join our team. The candidate should be motivated, ambitious, intelligent and able to work in a fast-pace office environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in an Accounts Receivable/Payable position and be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with our team.
Duties:
Daily regular syncing checking- invoicing/PO
Posting/report if sync failed
Recurring invoice/if not apply void-check
Amazon/Walmart sales receipt posting
Check receiving/posting QuickBooks & Excel
Cash receiving/posting QuickBooks & Excel
Driver delivery receipt filing/cash or check checking
customer PO filing/shipping rebilling to PO
Sending invoice/PL/statement/CM per request
Create new customer/request and keeping sales tax documents
Payments posting via square/Shopify
Billing customer on daily basis with distributor updating
Run AR report and calling/mailing customer for collection
Call customers
Filing claim for UPS/FedEx for damages
Creating shipping labels/return labels for customers
Helping customer with ordering/placing orders
Transaction attestation
Enter invoice in LLCs schedule
Saving invoices and maintain vendor profile with W-9
Getting invoice approval and update LLC schedule
Enter invoices in Visual
Matching vendor statements
Helping with check list recording
Invoicing filing
Requirements:
Associates Degree in accounting/finance.
Microsoft Suite.
Excel Spreadsheet.
2 years of work experience.
