Position Description: Department lead will oversee day-to-day cleanroom operations, ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness and lead the cleanroom team in a very fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update inventory for the Cleanroom Dept
- Monitor and verify all Cleanroom regulations are maintained and followed by the team
- Process manufacturing orders and assign inventory based on FIFO
- Maintain production, shipping, cleaning & maintenance logs
- Ensure production targets are met by the team
- Coordinate with warehouse team for material handling and storage
- Create a safe and professional working environment
- Assist cleanroom manager with production planning and inventory management
- Coordinate with printing/label in charge for printing and labeling requirements
- Create and verify traceability records on all production activities
- Assign daily production tasks and supervise the cleanroom team.
- Strong technical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- High School Diploma or higher
- Leadership ability
- Ability to work efficiently with the team and independently.
- Ability to delegate responsibility among the team
- Problem solver.
- Able to lift 20 pounds
- Bilingual/Spanish preferred
