We are seeking an experienced Manager, Supply Chain & Procurement to lead procurement, supplier management, warehouse operations, and logistics activities across North America.
Position Summary
Reporting to the US Vice President, the Manager, Supply Chain & Procurement will be responsible for sourcing and procuring critical components, managing supplier relationships, overseeing warehouse inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of equipment and spare parts to customer sites. This role partners closely with engineering, field operations, finance, and key suppliers to support the successful execution of customer projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead procurement and sourcing activities for technical and engineered components used in MES energy systems
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers
- Evaluate supplier performance, negotiate commercial terms, and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements
- Manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and material availability
- Coordinate domestic and international logistics to support projects and customer requirements
- Work closely with engineering, finance, and field service teams to ensure procurement and inventory plans align with business needs
- Support customer projects by ensuring timely availability and delivery of equipment and spare parts
- Lead and mentor the Warehouse Supervisor and support warehouse personnel as needed
- Maintain high standards for quality, compliance, and supplier performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Commerce, Logistics, Operations, or a related field preferred
- 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, materials management, or logistics within an industrial environment
- Experience purchasing technical, engineered, or industrial components
- Strong supplier management, negotiation, and inventory management experience
- Familiarity with ERP, inventory, and warehouse management systems
- Ability to work effectively with engineering and technical teams
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
