Supply Chain Operations Coordinator

Overview

Clutch Supply Chain Management, LLC is seeking a highly organized and analytical Supply Chain Operations Coordinator to support end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and transportation coordination. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of goods, maintaining accurate operational records, and collaborating with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to optimize supply chain performance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily supply chain operations, including procurement, transportation, inventory control, and order fulfillment
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure seamless operational execution
• Monitor inventory levels, shipment status, and delivery performance to maintain service standards
• Prepare and maintain purchase orders, shipping documentation, inventory reports, and operational records
• Support demand planning, inventory replenishment, and forecasting activities
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and reduce operational costs
• Assist with supplier performance monitoring and vendor relationship management
• Support ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) by maintaining accurate operational data
• Coordinate cross-functional projects to improve workflow and supply chain performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry best practices

Requirements

• Previous experience in supply chain management, logistics, transportation, procurement, or inventory control preferred
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
• Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
• Experience using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other business intelligence tools is an advantage
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies
• APICS/ASCM supply chain certifications are considered a plus
