Mindstream Media Group is seeking a Paid Social Associate to join our growing media team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career digital marketer who is passionate about social media advertising and eager to build expertise across leading paid social platforms.
In this role, you will support the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid social campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients and industries. Working alongside experienced media professionals, you'll gain hands-on experience managing campaigns, analyzing performance, and helping clients achieve their business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Assist with the setup, trafficking, monitoring, and optimization of paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, and X
- Support campaign pacing, budget management, quality assurance, and performance monitoring
- Analyze campaign results and help develop reporting, insights, and optimization recommendations
- Pull and organize performance data for recurring client reporting and internal reviews
- Conduct audience research, competitive analysis, and platform research to inform campaign strategy
- Assist with media plans, campaign documentation, and implementation materials
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues
- Collaborate with media, analytics, account service, and creative teams to support campaign success
- Stay current on emerging social media trends, advertising products, and platform updates
- Maintain organized campaign documentation, trackers, and project files
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, social media, advertising, or a related field (internship experience considered)
- Strong interest in paid social advertising and digital media strategy
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfort working with data, analytics, and spreadsheets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environment
- Collaborative, proactive, and growth-oriented mindset
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Sheets
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar advertising platforms is a plus
- Google Analytics, GA4, or relevant platform certifications are a plus
