Mindstream Media Group is seeking a Paid Social Media Planner to join our growing media team. This role is ideal for a digital media professional who combines strong paid social expertise with strategic thinking, analytical curiosity, and a passion for delivering measurable business results.
As a Paid Social Media Planner, you will lead the planning, execution, optimization, and performance analysis of paid social campaigns across a diverse portfolio of clients and industries.
You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams, contribute strategic recommendations, and play a key role in driving campaign success while helping advance best practices across the social discipline.
What You'll Do
- Lead the strategic planning, execution, optimization, and performance management of paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, X, and emerging channels
- Serve as the day-to-day lead on assigned client accounts, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with performance objectives
- Manage campaign setup, quality assurance, pacing, budget monitoring, optimization, and troubleshooting
- Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Develop and present campaign reporting, performance reviews, and growth opportunities to internal stakeholders and leadership
- Collaborate with search, programmatic, analytics, creative, and account teams to develop integrated media strategies
- Monitor industry trends, platform innovations, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for clients and the agency
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and strategic consistency across assigned campaigns and deliverables
- Contribute to team development through process improvements, documentation, training support, and best practice sharing
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
- 2–3 years of experience in paid social media, digital marketing, or integrated media, preferably within an agency environment
- Proven experience managing and optimizing campaigns across major paid social platforms
- Strong understanding of media measurement, attribution, conversion tracking, and platform analytics
- Experience managing budgets, pacing, forecasting, and performance goals
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools preferred
- Highly organized, collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
- Meta Blueprint, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Analytics, GA4, or other platform certifications are a plus
