Mindset Cannabis Club is looking for a driven budtender/shift lead to join the team.

You will be the General Manager's right-hand person, driving daily success, mentoring the team, and making sure every customer experience is top-tier.
- Help Manage workflow and provide real-time direction to the team during shifts.
- Help maintain compliance: full adherence to NYS regulations, reporting, and quarantine protocols.
- Vault Support: Assist with product flow, order picking, and stock room organization.
- Assist with general daily operations
Requirements:
- Retail Lead Experience: 2 years is required.
- Cannabis Industry Background: 1 years is preferred—you know the unique demands of this business.
- SW: Experience with Treez POS, Dutchie, Cova, or other retail POS systems is a plus.
- The Mindset: You are professional, obsessively detail-oriented, and ready to lead and work.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
