Responsibilities:

•    Support HR operations for a manufacturing facility

•    Partner with business and plant leaders on workforce initiatives

•    Manage recruiting, onboarding, and retention programs

•    Drive HR projects, process improvements, and employee engagement

•    Mentor junior HR team members and support strategic HR initiatives
