Title: Sr. Contract Coordinator/Electrical Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Indiantown FL 34956 / Loxahatchee, FL
Employment Type: 8-12 Months contract
Job Description:
• The position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the execution of maintenance, repair, and upgrade activities during planned and unplanned outages at fossil power plants.
• This role ensures that all contracted work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and company policies.
• The position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Work closely with outage management, contractors, and engineers to ensure timely execution of outage tasks.
• Review work scopes, technical drawings, and schedules to ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors performing mechanical, electrical, and structural work on power plant equipment, including turbines, boilers, piping, and auxiliary systems.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of work completed, delays, and any modifications made during the outage.
• Mechanical coordinator must have prior Steam/ Combustion turbine, HRSG, Boiler or Valve maintenance oversight experience, familiar with BOP (Balance of Plant) equipment, P91 welding experience is a plus.
• Electrical coordinator must have Generator, Exciter, Auxiliary equipment maintenance supervision experience, have prior Electrical Supervisor/Superintendent role, grounding, medium/low voltage, transformer hands-on experience, P&ID
• Instrument & Control (I&C) coordinator must have instrumentation control systems calibration, testing and tuning experience, have prior field work on Distributive Control Systems (DCS) i.e.. GE Mark 5/6, Ovation; Commissioning, Startup of DCS before; familiar with P&ID, electrical and mechanical drawings
Education:
• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or trade certification preferred.
Relevant Experience:
• 6 - 15 years of experience in years of experience in maintenance, repair, or outage work at power plants.
• At least 5 years in a supervisory or leader role in a power plant environment. Excellent leadership and team management abilities, Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are a PLUS.
Other:
• Travel to various plant locations for outages is required = various power plants locations within Florida.

Salary : $50 - $60
