What are the responsibilities and job description for the SQL Developer position at Mindlance?
- Analyzing performance and identifying areas for improvement (such as in the stored procs, etc.) .
- Creation of any database-related performance scripting.
- Assist with moving our Test Data Management practices forward, mining/creating test data, etc. via K2View.
- Extensive experience in Performance Testing and Monitoring tools such as JMeter/Blazemeter, Splunk, AppDynamics, Thousand Eyes, etc.
- Must have methods for problem solving, have strong database experience, including index strategies, performance tuning and optimization and stored procedures.
- Must be able to create reports and write complex statements for large scale databases.
- Needs to be a good communicator (both written and verbal), be able to plan technical solutions, be self-motivated and have the ability to meet tight deadlines.
