🚨 Now Hiring: Right-of-Way (ROW) Support Professionals (3 Locations) 🚨
We’re actively looking for experienced Right-of-Way (ROW) Support Professionals to join exciting utility infrastructure projects in the energy, gas, and telecommunications sectors.
📍 Open Locations (3 Total):
• South of Philadelphia (Atlantic City area)
• Salisbury, Maryland
• Chester / Delaware County, Pennsylvania
🔎 What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Manage right-of-way acquisition including property research and landowner negotiations
✔️ Coordinate permitting and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
✔️ Maintain accurate documentation for land agreements and permits
✔️ Act as a key liaison between landowners, agencies, and project stakeholders
✔️ Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and survey teams
✔️ Support survey, mapping, and title research activities
✔️ Assist with legal documentation (easements, deeds, agreements)
✔️ Track budgets related to acquisition and permitting
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
• 5–10 years of ROW / land acquisition / utility infrastructure experience
• Strong understanding of permitting and regulatory processes
• Experience with GIS, mapping, and survey tools
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with real estate law and land use principles
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
