Title: Product Manager
Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid – 3 Days a week)
Duration: 12 Months of Contract

Summary:
This product owner role is on the Technology Control Transformation Team. You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders and tech teams to build requirements and designs for epics, features and enhancements.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in all agile ceremonies and related forums to provide product support and prioritization
- Create and maintain prioritized backlog and roadmap of features and enhancements
- Conduct research and develop features that utilize new and evolving technologies
- Collaborate with designers, engineers and subject matter experts to build solutions to deliver business value for customers and stakeholders
- Partner with customers and stakeholders to define requirements and build designs
- Craft and deliver communications and training materials
- Interact with customers and stakeholders via support channels and collaboration forums
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or military experience
At least 3 years of product management experience or at least 3 years of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering
- 1 years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer facing products
- 1 years of experience working on core product platforms powering experiences
- 1 years working with cross functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process
