The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Product Owner/Designer to help shape the future of Lumio’s platform. This role blends product strategy, UX design, and customer collaboration. You’ll partner with leadership, engineering, and customers to translate business needs into intuitive, high-impact product experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Define and maintain the product roadmap and backlog
- Write clear Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and user stories
- Translate customer feedback into actionable requirements
- Create and refine designs and wireframes using Figma or similar tools
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure smooth delivery and usability
- Conduct user testing and leverage data to guide iteration
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years in product management, ideally in financial services or risk management technology
- Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and customers
- Strong ability to connect customer needs with business objectives
- Proficiency in UX/UI tools (Figma preferred)
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Location
Hybrid. Remote work is supported, with periodic travel to the office.
Preferred candidates are located near Richmond or Charlottesville, VA.
