Job Description
HR organization is undergoing a large scale process and organization transformation. A strong project manager is needed to ensure the milestones, deliverables and obstacles are front and center to the HR Leadership team to keep the project on track.
The primary responsibility will be to track activities and results and create updates and a tracking tool to keep the HR Transformation project on track. Ability to communicate with all levels of the HR organization including the CHRO, to escalate issues in a timely manner and to hold status meeting where progress will be shared on a regular basis.
This position will be managed by the US Lead and Head of HR Operations. Experience in HR is a nice to have but not required. Experience managing large complex projects and personalities is desired. Expert use of All Microsoft Office applications is required.
