Act as an advisor to leadership to develop or influence applications, network, information security, database, operating systems, or web technologies for highly complex business and technical needs across multiple groups.
Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
Translate advanced technology experience, an in-depth knowledge of the organizations tactical and strategic business objectives, the enterprise technological environment, the organization structure, and strategic technological opportunities and requirements into technical engineering solutions.
Provide vision, direction and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions.
Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies and recommends innovations that enhance operations or provide a competitive advantage to the organization.
Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership.
We are seeking a visionary and technically adept GenAI Enterprise Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and reusable architecture patterns for GenAI solutions across the enterprise. This role will be instrumental in shaping our GenAI strategy, defining architectural standards, and building a reusability framework that accelerates innovation while ensuring compliance and operational excellence
Enterprise Architect:
1) Good understanding observable AI - Agent side
Different use cases - focus on next 3 months
Collaterals for us and operationalize next year
2) Some vendor solutions experience - recently deploying GenAI - Pega.

Key Responsibilities:
Architecture Strategy & Patterns:
Define and maintain enterprise-wide architecture patterns for GenAI applications, including agentic systems, LLM orchestration, and prompt engineering.
Develop reference architectures for common GenAI use cases (e.g., document summarization, virtual assistants, anomaly detection).
Evaluate and integrate architectural models such as DSFT, RAG, RAFT, and GraphRAG 3.
Reusability Framework:
Design and implement a modular framework for reusable GenAI components (e.g., prompt libraries, agent templates, metadata models).
Establish governance for component versioning, ownership, and lifecycle management.
Collaborate with engineering teams to embed reusable assets into CI/CD pipelines.
Governance & Standards:
Define and enforce architectural standards, including data sourcing, retention, and provisioning strategies for GenAI agents 2.
Partner with risk, compliance, and cybersecurity teams to ensure adherence to enterprise controls and AI governance policies.
Collaboration & Enablement:
Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to align GenAI architecture with strategic goals.
Lead architecture reviews, JAD-lite sessions, and workshops to socialize patterns and gather feedback 6.
Mentor solution architects and engineers on GenAI best practices and tooling.
Innovation & Prototyping:
Pilot and prototype synthetic worker setups and agentic workflows 1.
Stay current with GenAI trends and evaluate emerging tools and platforms for enterprise fit.
Required Skills:
7 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML or GenAI.
Deep understanding of LLMs, vector databases, orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel), and cloud-native architectures.
Proven experience designing reusable frameworks and scalable architectures in regulated environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Familiarity with agile methodologies, JIRA/Confluence, and architecture modeling tools.
Desired Skills:
Experience with Azure OpenAI, or Google Vertex AI and Google ADK framework
Knowledge of enterprise AI governance frameworks and model risk management.
Background in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
