Job Description
- Experience 10 years of successfully managing and delivering on FP&A ( financial planning and analysis ) and reporting systems
- initiatives 5 years of SAP experience
- Experience leading the design, build, and implementation of master data (MDM) solutions
- Experience with FP&A planning tools such as Anaplan or Tagetik
- Experience leading the design, build, and implementation of reporting solutions using SAP tool sets
- Experience managing global or regional projects with team members in multiple locations
- Expertise in project management methodologies e.g. PMP, PRINCE2 and/ or operational excellence tools e.g. Six Sigma Project management
- Experience within the bio-pharma industry or life sciences consulting
- Understands the business needs of finance and FP&A organizations
- Experience with change management methodologies, organizational design, different operating or business models and business process re-engineering
- 5 years of SAP experience
- Experience with master data design and implementation of MDM systems
