Job Title: Infor HCM Consultant
Location: Chelsea, MA
Duration: 8 Months
1. Performs analysis, codes, configures, implements, maintains and supports new and existing software within the Infor CloudSuite HCM family of applications.
2. Collaborate with MIS, HR and Payroll teams ensuring the applications function as required and perform in an acceptable manner.
3. Ensures processes and functionality of the HCM applications comply with the organization’s requirements, processes and standards.
4. Maintains, enhances and supports Payroll executions and configurations, analyzes problems and corrects data when discrepancies exist.
5. Maintains, enhances and supports GHR and WFM configurations, analyzes problems and corrects data when discrepancies exist.
6. Supports the submission and distribution of tax, wage and compliance forms.
7. Analyzes business requirements and transforms them into technical solutions.
8. Develops, tests and implements configurations, workflows and reports that enhance the application to meet end user needs.
9. Configures user roles and permissions within the applications.
10. Provides functional and technical support and troubleshoots issues as they arise.
11. Serves as an HCM application administrator.
12. Utilizes the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology.
13. Develops, implements and supports application integrations.
14. Develops and maintains technical documentation for applications.
Skills
1. Functional and technical experience with Infor CloudSuite HCM or Lawson S3 and Landmark with an emphasis on Payroll, Benefits, Position Budgeting and Absence and Time Management.
2. Experience with Infor Landmark Pattern Language (LPL).
3. Experience with developing Infor Process Automation (IPA) workflows.
4. Experience with Configuration Console.
5. Experience with SQL and programmatic usage of enterprise databases.
6. Experience with Infor OS and ION.
7. Exposure to Infor Data Lake and related tools.
8. Knowledge of Infor Birst reporting is desirable.
Salary : $90 - $100
