What are the responsibilities and job description for the Computer Numerical Control Machinist position at Mindlance?
Training in 1st shift and then will be moved to 2nd shift
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of CNC machining experience in heavy industrial manufacturing
- Strong experience operating large HBM machines
- Proven ability to machine large, tight-tolerance components
- Advanced blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills
- Experience with alloy steels, carbon steels, stainless steels, and large forgings
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Willingness to work second shift (4pm-2:30am) after initial training period
