What You’ll Do Here

• Will gain exposure to and a greater understanding of the applied aspects of IT by providing technical support to users in both an in-person and remote environment
• Will gain knowledge about the part of the field in which they are interning through research and field experience
• Will be able to enhance their academic training with practical knowledge gained through the experience
• The intern will work under the direction of the IT Manager to troubleshoot and manager the IT infrastructure including hardware and software setup, installations, and maintenance
• May work on various projects and other tasks as assigned
  
  

We Need a Person With

• Must be a student searching for an IT Internship with university requirements, preferably in an IT, Computer Science, Software Development or Cybersecurity field of study
• Must work onsite, Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week, in our Covington, Kentucky office
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Completion of previous IT internships
• Eager to learn, and being adept at working in a fast-paced environment
  
  

Compensation will be commensurate with experience. We're seeking local candidates (or those open to relocation) who are able to work collaboratively with us in one of our office's; however, based on business needs and unique job functions, some roles may be eligible for remote work.
