About The Company
Mindful Therapy Group is a company dedicated to empowering therapists, psychologists and nurse practitioners to dive into private practice, without doing all of the leg work that comes with it. We provide high-quality billing, marketing, and administrative services to independent mental health care providers across the country. Since opening in 2011, we have partnered with over 2,500 providers throughout our 20 locations, and we are continuing to grow!
About The Role
We're looking for someone who enjoys being the person others can count on. As the Lead Provider Support Specialist, you'll be the primary on-site support person for our Eugene office, helping providers, clients, and teammates while keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.
While you'll have support from an Office Manager, leadership team, and coworkers, much of that partnership happens virtually. We're looking for someone who is comfortable working independently, staying organized, communicating proactively, and taking ownership of their work.
We're hiring directly into this lead-level role because this office needs someone who can bring strong communication, organization, and leadership skills from day one. This role also offers opportunities for growth within a growing organization for someone excited to take on increasing responsibility over time.
We welcome candidates from healthcare, hospitality, retail, office administration, customer service, and other service-focused industries who have developed strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Primary Responsibilities
This is a Lead Provider Support Specialist position. While this role does not directly manage employees, it is expected to serve as a leader within the office.
The ideal candidate has experience setting a professional example, supporting coworkers, helping coordinate daily operations, communicating effectively through challenges, and taking ownership of responsibilities. We are looking for someone who can work independently, build trust with others, and contribute to a positive and accountable team culture.
