Mindful Communication Group (MCG) is seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing pediatric speech therapy team in Douglasville, Georgia. This opportunity is ideal for a Speech-Language Pathologist or a Clinical Fellow seeking a flexible opportunity to provide holistic, client-centered care in an private practice pediatric setting.

What You'll Do
Pediatric Evaluations
- Conduct comprehensive pediatric speech-language evaluations.
- Develop individualized plans of care and treatment goals.
- Provide engaging, evidence-based, and play-based speech therapy services.
- Educate and coach parents and caregivers to support carryover at home.
- Complete timely documentation, progress notes, and re-evaluations.
- Collaborate with pediatricians, educators, and other healthcare professionals when appropriate.
- Participate in case consultation and multidisciplinary collaboration to support positive client outcomes.
Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree or equivalent (post grad coursework) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Georgia Speech-Language Pathology License or eligibility for a Georgia Provisional License (Clinical Fellowship)
- Strong pediatric assessment and treatment skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred
- Private practice or outpatient pediatric experience
- Previous experience supervising SLPAs, Clinical Fellows, or graduate clinicians
Compensation
- Competitive compensation based on experience, qualifications, and role responsibilities.
- Direct Deposit Paid Twice Monthly
- Compensation is provided on a per-session and per-evaluation basis for completed services.
