Mindful Communication Group (MCG) is seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our growing Early Intervention team serving Chesapeake, Virginia.
This flexible PRN opportunity allows you to create your own schedule while providing meaningful, family-centered services in homes, daycares, and community settings.

What You'll Do
- Provide Early Intervention occupational therapy services for children birth to three years old
- Complete developmental evaluations and ongoing treatment sessions
- Coach caregivers using evidence-based intervention strategies
- Support children in developing functional skills through everyday routines and play
- Complete electronic documentation
- Travel throughout Chesapeake to homes, daycares, and community settings
Qualifications
Required
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Active Virginia Occupational Therapy License
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Preferred
- Early Intervention experience
- Virginia Early Intervention certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience working with infants, toddlers, and families in natural environments
Compensation
- Competitive per-visit compensation, starting at $75 per completed visit
- Compensation includes travel and documentation
- Paid via direct deposit twice monthly
Schedule
- PRN Independent Contractor (1099)
- No minimum caseload requirements.
