About Us
Mindful Communication Group (MCG) is a therapist-owned, multidisciplinary private practice offering Speech Therapy and Mental Health services across Virginia and Georgia. We are expanding our services to include Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in the Hampton Roads area and are seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our leadership team as a BCBA Clinical Supervisor.
This role is ideal for a BCBA who values collaboration, clinical quality, and holistic care and who wants to help shape a growing ABA program within a supportive, mission-driven organization.
Position Summary
The BCBA Clinical Supervisor will oversee the clinical quality, supervision, and coordination of MCG’s ABA program surrounding Hampton Roads areas. This hybrid role combines direct clinical service, RBT supervision, and leadership. The position begins as part-time, with flexibility to transition to full-time as the program grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct supervision and clinical support to RBTs and behavior technicians.
- Ensure treatment fidelity, accurate data collection, and adherence to program standards.
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of ABA staff.
- Maintain clear, timely documentation within EMR system
- Participate in leadership meetings, program planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration with therapy teams.
- Contribute to developing specialized ABA programs in targeted areas.
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Virginia
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical ABA experience (required), with at least 1 year in supervision or leadership (preferred).
- Previous supervision of RBTs required
- Reliable transportation to travel within assigned service area
- Comfortable using EMR and digital documentation systems
- Excellent interpersonal, time management, and communication skills
- Experience with Medicaid and insurance-based ABA (preferred).
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Compensation
- W-2 hourly position commensurate with experience.
- Paid hourly for all direct therapy, supervision, and approved administrative work.
