In addition to Medicaid, we participate with all commercial insurance companies and Tricare. Position Title: BCBA - Lead Clinical Supervisor (In-person/on-site)
BCBA Salary Range:$105,000 - $127,000 commensurate with experience
Bonus Incentive Program:
- You will be enrolled in our monthly performance-based incentive program, MAP (Motivation, Ambition, Progress). This point-based program allows you to earn up to $10,000 annually in bonuses, in addition to your base salary.
Qualifications (Minimum): BCBA /LBA Licensed by the State of Virginia Department of Health Professions Board of Medicine
Job Duties:
- Direct supervision of Registered Behavioral Technicians
- Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and Learning Needs Assessments (in our center, home, school, and/or community)
- Developing Individualized Behavior-Change Programs with client-specific goals and outcome measurements
- Training and development of Registered Behavior Technicians
- Data analysis
- Ensure care coordination with internal and external treatment providers
- Conduct clinical supervision
- Provide weekly communication with direct care professionals, parents/legal guardians, and other providers to ensure service Continuity
- Properly maintain client records and protected health information in compliance with State and Federal laws
