What You’ll Do: In this dynamic role, you'll juggle a variety of responsibilities that are crucial to ensuring patients receive the best care possible.
- Stay on Your Toes: Manage a fast-paced environment, assisting with patient consults, therapies, re-examinations, x-rays, and navigating tough insurance conversations.
- Support the Doctor: Act as the doctor’s right hand, ensuring smooth patient flow and communication.
- Welcome with Warmth: Greet every patient like a VIP, making them feel seen, heard, and valued.
- Keep It Moving: Schedule appointments, handle transactions, and ensure the office runs like clockwork.
- Be a Guide: Walk patients through exercises and answer their questions with positivity and clarity.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the entire team to deliver exceptional care and support.

- 18 , team player, loves people, and up for a fast-paced role.
- Strong computer skills – we’re a high-tech office.
- Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
- Must be flexible and committed.
- Spanish and English - Fluent on Both
