Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients with intake, scheduling, and documentation
- Support chiropractors with therapy room setup and treatment flow
- Educate patients on care plans and wellness habits
- Answer phones, manage reminders, and assist with front desk operations
- Create or support social media content (e.g. stories, patient testimonials, behind-the-scenes clips)
- Represent the clinic at events, health fairs, or outreach campaigns
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic tech and social media familiarity (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Positive, reliable, and enthusiastic attitude
- Comfortable engaging with the local community
