Element Medical is looking for a motivated, friendly, and organized Chiropractic Assistant / Front Desk Team Member to join our Kissimmee office.
We are a growing healthcare practice focused on helping patients recover after auto accidents, injuries, and musculoskeletal conditions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, can stay organized in a busy clinic environment, and wants to grow with a company that is expanding in Central Florida.
Position Overview
The Chiropractic Assistant / Front Desk team member will help manage the patient experience from the moment the patient walks in until the end of their visit. This role includes front desk responsibilities, patient communication, scheduling, basic clinic flow support, and assisting the clinical team with day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
Greet patients in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer phone calls, return messages, and communicate with patients by phone, text, and email.
Schedule new patients, follow-up visits, re-exams, and treatment appointments.
Verify patient information, intake forms, insurance details, attorney information, and accident-related documentation when applicable.
Assist with patient check-in and check-out.
Help maintain smooth patient flow throughout the office.
Support the chiropractic team with basic clinical assistance as needed.
Keep the front desk and patient areas clean, organized, and professional.
Scan, upload, and organize documents in the patient management system.
Communicate with the team regarding missed appointments, rescheduling, and patient compliance.
Provide excellent customer service and make patients feel welcomed, cared for, and supported.

Prior front desk, medical office, chiropractic office, or customer service experience preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish REQUIRED.
Must be comfortable working with patients.
Must be able to communicate professionally with patients, staff, attorneys’ offices, and referral sources.
Must be dependable and willing to learn.
Schedule
Full-time position.
