Job Type: Part-Time (about 30 hrs/week)
Pay: $17.00–$20.00/hour
Medical Specialty: Chiropractic
Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday from 1:00PM - 6:00PM.
- The rest of the schedule is flexible.

Job Duties Include:
- Answering phones like a pro
- Scheduling patients and managing reminders
- Excel, Word, and light data entry
- Voicemails, emails, and patient texting
- Insurance billing (we’ll train you!)
- Social media help
- Light cleaning and organizing
- Ordering supplies and using office apps
- Patient care and communication
- Supporting doctors and the rest of the team
- Following HIPAA guidelines
- Training and learning new systems
