Mindful Care is seeking a highly experienced Director of Marketing & Business Development to lead our growing demand-generation, referral partnerships, and brand expansion strategy across all markets. This position will oversee a multidisciplinary team including Community Relations (outreach sales), CRM, SEO & Website, SEM Agency, and Social Media.The ideal candidate has 10 years of senior marketing leadership, experience coordinating multiple teams and vendors, and a strong understanding of healthcare compliance (HIPAA). This leader must be comfortable navigating a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, supporting cross-functional needs, and driving measurable growth through coordinated marketing and referral strategies.The Director will work closely with the CEO, Clinical Operations, and Finance to ensure marketing, outreach, and business development activities are aligned with organizational goals.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing LeadershipLead strategy and performance for:SEO and website optimization teamExternal SEM/PPC agencySocial media campaigns and brand presenceCRM structure, reporting, and workflows (HubSpot)Ensure brand consistency, messaging alignment, and HIPAA-compliant marketing practices.Business Development & Community RelationsOversee regional Community Relations Liaisons conducting outreach and referral sales.Own the referral growth strategy, including provider partnerships, community engagements, and outbound sales efforts.Provide coaching, pipeline management, productivity oversight, and continuous relationship-building best practices.Cross-Functional CoordinationPartner with internal departments to prioritize marketing requests and manage stakeholder needs.Work with executive leadership to communicate growth performance, market insights, and strategic opportunities.Data, Analytics & ReportingOwn marketing performance dashboards and KPI reporting across:CACLTVFunnel metricsCost-per-lead / cost-per-acquisitionReferral performanceDigital channel metrics (SEO, social, paid search)Use data to make informed decisions and allocate budgets effectively.Project & Team ManagementBalance simultaneous demands from multiple departments while keeping teams aligned with strategic priorities.Maintain accountability, structure, and focus across all direct and indirect reports.Establish clear goals, workflows, and communication rhythms.Required Qualifications10 years of marketing leadership experienceExperience managing SEO, SEM, social media, and website teamsExperience overseeing outreach sales, business development, or referral growth programsStrong understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare marketingExperience with CRM systems (HubSpot strongly preferred)Exceptional communication, cross-functional leadership, and stakeholder managementAbility to prioritize competing demands and drive clarity in fast-paced environmentsLocal candidates will come into the West Hempstead office twice a week. Those who are not local are required to travel monthly for onsite requirementsSchedule and Compensation:Location: West Hempstead, NY Employment: Full-time, Exempt Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM ET Compensation: $150,000 annual with opportunity for bonusResidency Requirement: Candidate who reside in the local Tri-State (NY, NJ, CT) area must commute to our headquarters twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For candidates outside of the local tristate area, you must be able to travel into our West Hempstead office once a month. This is non-negotiable.
