Mindful Care is seeking a Clinical Supervisor, Therapy Services to provide strong clinical leadership, operational oversight, and supervision across our therapy team. This role sits at the intersection of clinical excellence, people leadership, and program growth, ensuring high-quality patient care while supporting therapist development and service expansion.The ideal candidate is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with supervisory experience who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced mental health environment and is passionate about building scalable, high-impact therapy services. The Clinical Supervisor must be willing to obtain dual licensure and work one late day per week (Wednesday).
