Application Developer / Full Stack Developer (12 Positions)

Worksite: Falls Church, VA or Fort Collins, CO (They will work onsite 5 days a week)

Pay: $110,000 - $130,000 plus benefits, PTO, 401k etc.

Must be a U.S. Citizen or a Permanent Resident due to government contract.

Mindbank Consulting Group has an immediate need for an Application Developer / Full Stack Developer.

Application Developer / Full Stack Developer Responsibilities:

• Develops, integrates and maintains custom applications and Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) solutions.
• Integrate COTS solutions into workflows and collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement enhancements while ensuring a cohesive user experience.
• Implement bug fixes, develop new functionality for COTS (ETK) and Custom Applications (IPaC, Dkey Editor, EPM, SAMS, HabITS), including any necessary ISDI services or improvements.
• Support all DKeys already in production, improve DKeys so users can use multiple DKeys for one project.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to expand functionality and enable data-driven conservation decision-making.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, reporting, and domain stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Design and implement APIs to enable secure data exchange between external/internal systems.
• Perform testing/debugging to ensure reliability and robustness (unit/integration testing; defect resolution).
• Create and maintain technical documentation including API specs, architecture notes, and integration guidelines.
• Ensure solutions adhere to security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
• Work within SDLC/Agile/Scrum; participate in code reviews and continuous improvement.

Application Developer / Full Stack Developer Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years experience as a full stack developer with strong Java expertise and experience integrating COTS solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, API design, and software engineering best practices.
• Experience working with cloud-based systems and AWS or comparable environments.
• Experience with the following technologies: Java (8 ), Groovy, JavaScript, Node.js, TypeScript, Python, R (R Shiny), Spring Boot, Grails, Angular, React, Docker, Jenkins, REST API/Web Services, Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS Lambda, SQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Neo4j, Redis, MuleSoft, Artifactory, Tomcat, Artificial Intelligence Tools
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
