Key Responsibilities:
- Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families (in-person and/or via telehealth)
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with psychiatric and administrative staff
- Support case management and continuity of care
Required Qualifications:
- Active license: LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, LPC or equivalent
- Licensed in MA, RI, NY, or NH
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Experience in treatment planning, counseling, and case documentation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with trauma-informed care preferred
- Experience with children and adolescent preferred
What We Offer:
- 1099 independent contractor position
- 60/40 split compensation model
- Flexible hybrid scheduling (up to 16 hours/week) at least 1 weekend day required
- Administrative support for billing, scheduling, and credentialing
Note:
This role is structured as a 1099 contractor position. Contractors do not receive employee benefits such as PTO, holidays, or 401(k). However, based on performance, caseload, and business needs, a W-2 employment opportunity may be considered after 6 months.
