In this role, you will provide comprehensive psychiatric care—including evaluations, medication management, and psychotherapy—via secure telehealth platforms. This position offers excellent flexibility, allowing you to maintain work-life balance while delivering high-quality mental health care to a diverse patient population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and follow-up visits via secure video platforms.
- Provide psychotherapy, counseling, and mental health support as clinically appropriate.
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans based on patient progress.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with practice policies and insurance guidelines (within 24 hours).
- Stay updated on best practices in psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, and mental health care.
Qualifications:
- Active ARNP licensure PMHNP and current DEA certification required
- Licensed in MA, RI, NY, or NH
- Prior experience in psychiatric care, medication management, and mental health counseling preferred.
- Comfortable and effective in providing care through telehealth platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse patient populations.
- Self-directed, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for virtual visits required.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $80–$100, to start
- 1099 independent contractor position
- Flexible hybrid scheduling (up to 16 hours/week) at least 1 weekend day required
