Position Summary
Mind & Body Wellness is seeking licensed and limited-permit clinicians to provide outpatient psychotherapy services across the lifespan (children, adolescents, and adults). The role focuses on delivering evidence-based interventions, conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, and maintaining high-quality, compliant clinical documentation.
Clinicians will operate within a structured, supervision-supported environment with opportunities for clinical growth and licensure advancement.
Key Responsibilities/Clinical Services
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, including diagnostic formulation and risk evaluation
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical presentation
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy
- Utilize evidence-based modalities:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Motivational Interviewing (MI)
- Trauma-informed care
- Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) (when applicable)
Specialized Care Areas
- PTSD and trauma-related disorders
- Substance use and addiction
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities
- Mood, anxiety, and behavioral disorders
- Crisis intervention and stabilization
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain timely, audit-ready documentation:
- Progress notes
- Treatment plans
- Intake and reassessment documentation
- Ensure full HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
- Participate in utilization review and quality assurance processes
Care Coordination
- Collaborate with:
- Psychiatrists and medical providers
- Social workers and case managers
- Schools and community agencies
- Families and support systems
Position Overview
- Flexible scheduling (day, evening, weekend availability)
- Remote and in-person sessions
- Caseload tailored to clinician experience (adult and/or pediatric)
- Full administrative and clinical support provided
Clinical Support & Development
- Weekly clinical supervision (LCSW track support available)
- Ongoing case consultation
- Documentation and compliance guidance (audit readiness)
- Professional development and career growth pathways
Minimum Qualifications
- LMSW, LMHC, or LCSW (or limited permit eligible)
- Experience in outpatient or community-based mental health settings preferred
- Competency in:
- Diagnostic assessment
- Treatment planning
- Crisis management
- Knowledge of HIPAA, documentation standards, and ethical practice
