We are looking for a Clinical Program Manager (Program Manager / Behavioral Health Manager / Mental Health Manager) to help lead our outpatient team. This is an exciting opportunity for a licensed clinician ready to step into leadership while still making a direct impact on patients and families.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations of our Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of therapists and support staff.
- Support census growth, scheduling, and admissions coordination.
- Ensure clinical excellence, documentation compliance, and quality improvement.
- Collaborate with intake and referral partners to strengthen community relationships.
- Act as a trusted leader, supporting both patients and staff.
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
- Active Texas license (LPC, LCMW, LMFT, or LCSW).
- At least 2–3 years of clinical experience in behavioral health or addiction treatment.
- Leadership experience (or strong interest in stepping into a leadership role).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort with EMR systems and clinical documentation.
