The Restaurant Revenue & Experiences Manager plays a critical role in bringing that vision to life. This position is responsible for curating and converting high-value guest opportunities — from VIP bookings and large parties to on-site activations, brand partnerships, and community outreach. Working closely with the General Manager and the Revenue & Relevance team, this leader ensures our dining rooms are filled with the right guests, the right energy, and the right experiences to maximize both visibility and profitability.This is a dynamic, cross-functional role that requires equal parts strategy, stamina, and floor presence.
