Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction. This leadership role is responsible for managing the housekeeping team, maintaining quality control, and overseeing daily operations of guest rooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all housekeeping staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet brand cleanliness and presentation standards
- Conduct regular inspections and implement quality control procedures
- Manage inventory of linens, supplies, and equipment; place orders as needed
- Coordinate with front desk and maintenance teams to ensure efficient room turnover and issue resolution
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns promptly
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and best practices
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping Manager in a hotel setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS)
- Bilingual is a plus
