Position Details:

8 Hours per Week
Job Summary:
- Performs radiologic procedures and assists physicians and radiologists at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail.
- Responsible for special procedures, angiographic procedures, CT scans and related quality control monitoring as assigned.
- Ensures patient comfort and safety during procedures.
- Ensures a high quality of images produced.
- Responsible for availability and sterility of equipment and supplies used for assigned areas.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiation Sciences.
- Two (2) years’ experience as a Radiologic Tech plus two (2) years’ experience as a CT Tech.
- CT Registration may substitute for the 2 years CT experience required.
- NM Radiologic Tech licensure
- ARRT Registration (Radiology); ARRT Registration (CT) preferred and will substitute for 2 years CT experience.
- Current BLS or obtain per policy upon hire; must maintain BLS Certification
